Confirm artist pitches for distribution directors

Distribution directors handling pitch forms risk lost submissions and delayed release planning. Send confirmations to submitters and log details so distribution can start triage quickly.

Overview

Pitch submissions get lost when distribution lacks immediate acknowledgment, stalling release planning and triage. This flow guarantees submitters receive a clear confirmation and a logged record so distribution can begin review quickly, protecting your release pipeline and driving faster intake with fewer missed follow-ups.
