Cancel blocked meeting requests when a booking is created
Your bookings can be claimed by blocklisted or spam invitees, wasting team preparation and filling slots. Cancel those bookings automatically so calendars free up for qualified prospects the same day.
Overview
Blocklisted or spam bookings waste your team's prep time and reduce available slots for real prospects. This flow automatically detects and cancels matching bookings so community managers regain calendar capacity the same day and focus on qualified leads.
