Add new subscribers to Campaign Monitor from Raisely if they opted in

Add new subscribers to your mailing list when they opt in through Raisely. Check for existing subscriptions in Campaign Monitor, and if they’re not already subscribed, create a new entry in Createsend for richer engagement.
