Alert ops coordinators of flagged messages and update

Operations coordinators miss urgent notices buried in systems, causing missed handoffs. Channel alerts ping the right staff and flag the source record so responsible staff act quickly.

Overview

Missed attention-required notifications create manual handoffs and stalled operations. This workflow routes flagged alerts into the right channel and updates the source record so responsible staff see and act quickly. The result is fewer missed follow-ups and a clear audit trail.
