Alert ops coordinators about new project posts and mentions

Operations coordinators miss project mentions buried in tools, causing stalled work and missed handoffs. Truncated summaries hit the team channel so owners can act, ensuring no updates are overlooked.

Overview

Operations coordinators lose momentum when project mentions go unseen, causing stalled work and chaotic handoffs. This workflow delivers truncated, link-backed alerts into the right channel or DM so owners see and act, eliminating missed follow-ups and enabling faster handoffs; response times drop dramatically.
