Add webinar registrant instantly from event form signups

Your event form submissions aren't reaching the webinar roster, causing missed confirmations and prep gaps. Adds each signup to the webinar platform so coordinators have ready registrations same day.

Overview

When event registrations don't reach the webinar roster, coordinators scramble and confirmations get delayed. This flow pushes every signup into your webinar platform and updates contact records so confirmations go out within minutes and staff have ready lists ahead of sessions.
