Add paid workshop signups for program coordinators before launch

Your workshop opt-ins arrive via messenger and sit unrecorded, causing missed enrollments and delayed attendee onboarding. Program coordinators get clean participant records and timely enrollment notices so attendees are confirmed before the next launch.
