Add new event registrants to workshop attendees list
Add new event registrants to workshop attendees list
Your workshop signups lose attendee context when registrations aren't added to the event, leaving coordinators without RSVP info. That ensures coordinators have confirmed attendees before each session.
Overview
When registrants aren't added to the event, outreach and attendance tracking break down and coordinators lack prep visibility. This flow automatically adds each new signup to the event and sends invites so coordinators see confirmed attendees within minutes, improving prep and turnout.
