Add closed sponsorship opportunities to sponsor tracker for coordinators before next event

Your closed opportunity records arrive without sponsor contact details, causing missed meal delivery assignments and delayed reporting. Program coordinators receive completed sponsor rows for delivery and reporting before the next event.
