Zapier Partner Promotional Credit Terms

We appreciate your interest in receiving a credit to your Zapier account (“Credit”) as part of a promotion with one of our partners. By applying to receive a credit, you hereby agree to the following Zapier Partner Promotional Credit Terms ("Terms"):
1. Eligibility
You are a member in good standing of the partner organization (“Partner Organization”) listed in the application form (“Form”), and you did not join the Partner Organization solely to receive the Credit.
2. Verification
You grant each of Zapier and the Partner Organization permission to use any information shared in the Form to verify your eligibility and current membership status. You agree that Zapier and its partners may, at their discretion, take any action necessary to verify your eligibility, including contacting the Partner Organization directly.
3. Non-Transferability and Account Changes
Any issued Credit will be specifically granted to you under the Zapier account listed in the Form and is non-transferable. Any attempt to change your account email, billing contact information, or otherwise transfer the Credit may result in the immediate termination of the Credit at Zapier’s sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Data Sharing
You consent to Zapier sharing the information you provide in this submission form, as well as data regarding your Credit redemption status, such as date redeemed and plan subscribed to with the Partner Organization, for verification, reporting, and other program management purposes.
5. Credit Termination and Clawback
Zapier may terminate, revoke, or withdraw the Credit at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to unwind or cancel the value of the Credit even if the funds have already been used to purchase a subscription plan or other Zapier services. In such an event, you agree to be responsible for any subsequent charges incurred.
6. Confidentiality
The redemption code or link associated with the Credit is intended solely for you as an eligible member of the Partner Organization. You agree that you will not share, publish, or distribute the code, link, or the details of this specific offer outside of your personal communication with your Partner Organization, and understand that sharing the code may invalidate the Credit for all users associated with this program.
7. Modifications to Terms
Zapier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time, with or without notice. Zapier may also update these Terms at any time, and you can always find the most current version on this webpage.
