This template uses an AI assistant to process emails from your inbox and create events based on their content. When you activate the agent:

1. It retrieves all emails from the past 24 hours.

2. It assesses each email to determine if an event needs to be scheduled.

3. If an event is required, it extracts the event name, date, time, and relevant participants from the email.

4. Finally, it creates a calendar event with the gathered details in Google Calendar.

This process helps you efficiently manage your schedule without manually checking each email.
