This template automates the process of notifying stakeholders about project updates. When a new project update is added, the assistant: 1. Reviews the team roles in Notion to identify relevant stakeholders. 2. Selects stakeholders who need to be informed about the update. 3. Collects their email addresses. 4. Updates the Zapier Table record with the stakeholders' emails, if any, and ensures the 'Update Type' field is filled out for consistency. If no stakeholders are identified, it updates the record without adding emails, maintaining the integrity of the data.
