How the template works:

This template uses an AI assistant to manage documentation based on Slack messages. When a checkmark emoji is added, the assistant:

Retrieves the thread messages to understand the context of the issue.
Checks existing documentation to see if the issue is already covered.
If not documented, it creates new documentation based on the thread's content.
If the issue is documented, it takes no action.
Finally, it responds in the thread to inform the user that the solution has been documented.
