How the template works:
This template uses an AI assistant to manage documentation based on Slack messages. When a checkmark emoji is added, the assistant:
- Retrieves the thread messages to understand the context of the issue.
- Checks existing documentation to see if the issue is already covered.
- If not documented, it creates new documentation based on the thread's content.
- If the issue is documented, it takes no action.
- Finally, it responds in the thread to inform the user that the solution has been documented.
