Updates for Drift: Added Support for New Message Trigger

Now, when you use the New Message Trigger to kick off event in your other tools, you can pass information about Conversation ID. Add that ID to Trello cards, support tickets or your databases and make it easy for your team to find the context around a customer conversation.
