Save Pinterest Pins to Trello, Evernote, Dropbox and Hundreds of More Places with Zapier

Pinterest lets you gather images, articles and videos across the web and assemble them on digital pin boards that can be used to save ideas, inspire new projects or plan for the future. Now that Pinterest is connected to Zapier, you can not only place those items on the social site, but you can also automatically save them to an app where you'll take action on an idea.

With Zapier, a new pin on a Pinterest board can create a card in Trello, a note in Evernote or a file in Dropbox. Or you could email a friend or co-worker each time you save a pin.

On the Zapier Blog: "101 Smart Ways to Use Social Media Automation"

Saving pins from Pinterest can either be from an account or a specified board—it isn't restricted to only your account. This connection utilizes a Pinterest user's public RSS feed, which means saving pins from a private board or posting pins to Pinterest via Zapier isn't yet an option. (If the API becomes available for pinning to Pinterest from Zapier, we'll promptly add it.)

Here are few automation ideas for saving pins. For more, see the Pinterest Zapbook page.
