Toodledo, one of the most popular task management apps, is now on Zapier. This further integrates the powerful to-do list tool into your workflow, allowing you to create tasks from other apps, set up an array of notifications and more.

Use this integration to automatically send your boss an email after you mark a task complete in Toodledo. For tasks that you add with a with a due date, automatically have those—and only those—added to your Google Calendar. Or keep your colleagues in the know of your new to-dos by adding Toodledo tasks in your work folder to your team's shared Trello board.
