Helpdesk software Freshdesk is now on Zapier, giving customer support representatives more ways to move tickets and customers in and out of the app than ever before.

With Zapier, Freshdesk users can create rules to automate sharing tickets with their team in Asana, Trello or a team chat app, like Slack or HipChat. They can also bring data into Freshdesk, too, such as adding a customer when one is added to their email marketing software, like MailChimp, Campaign Monitor or Aweber. And to make sure they stay on top of tickets, rules can be created to receive a text message or mobile push notification—via PushBullet or Pushover—for new tickets, too.
