Managing online events requires an extraordinary attention to detail. Luckily, you don't have to keep track of all the details yourself, thanks to Zapier's updated Crowdcast integration. Now you can set up automated workflows that trigger as Crowdcast events approach. Create Zaps that auto-send Slack, SMS, or email reminders to teammates or event participants 10 minutes before the event goes live.

Plus, the Crowdcast + Zapier integration now passes along more event details—such an event's ID and title—to the other web apps you use every day to manage events. For example, try out Zaps that automatically add event participants to email marketing lists based on the specific event they signed up for.

What's New with the Crowdcast + Zapier Integration

New Trigger

  • Event Reminder: Triggers 10 minutes before your event is scheduled to go live.

New Options for Triggers

  • Your Zaps using any of Crowdcast's Triggers now pass along event ID, user ID, and event title to subsequent steps of the Zaps.
