New for Intercom: Use Zaps to Find Existing Users and Leads, plus Create or Update Lead Info

In a fast-paced business, the only constant is change. With newly added Search Actions to the Intercom-Zapier integration, you can keep up with changes to a lead's status, contact info, and more. Now you can use Zaps to search for existing users and leads in Intercom by email and then update the details attached to a lead. That way, your sales team has the most up-to-date data when chatting to prospects and closing deals.

What's New with the Intercom + Zapier Integration

New Searches

  • Find User: Finds an existing user.
  • Find Lead: Finds an existing lead.

New Action

  • Create/Update Lead: Create or update an Intercom lead. If an ID is provided, the lead will be updated.
