Whenever a client user sends a message in Copilot, the Zap triggers and finds the corresponding message channel in Copilot based on the client ID. The Zap makes sure the message was sent from the client so that messages from internal users will not trigger this Zap. If the client exists, it sends your specified message to the client's message channel, simplifying your messaging workflow.
