How to Get Started with Act! Premium on Zapier

To get started with Act! Premium on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your Act! Premium account to use with your Zap.

Click to connect Act! Premium

Next, you'll be asked to enter your username, password, database name and URL.

Click “Continue” and if your login details were correct your Act! Premium account will now be successfully connected.

Common Problems with Act! Premium on Zapier

Getting a 401 error when connecting#

Make sure your database is not locked! To do this, follow these instructions in Act!

  1. Login to the database as an Administrator user
  2. Click the Tools menu, then click Database Maintenance
  3. Click Lock/Unlock Database…
  4. Click Unlock
