No matter which app you use and regardless of the number of tricks you rely on, support will still be a difficult job at times. There will always be edge cases, things you never anticipated being a problem that suddenly are overwhelming your team. You'll have trouble with your app, will need to refine your documentation, and once in a while will need to catch your breath.
