With a powerful update to the 10to8-Zapier integration, you can now do more to automate the business processes around bookings, appointments and customer communication.

Whenever a new message is sent - automatically or by a personal message via SMS or email–you can kick off actions in your other apps and tools. Set reminders to follow up, create tasks in your to-do lists or even automate the follow-up message altogether.
