Updates to Insightly: Kick off Zaps with Two New Triggers, Plus Advanced Lead Attribution

With your business data flowing through Insightly, the ability to trigger workflows and send information from Insightly to other apps is crucial. Now, Insightly’s integration with Zapier is even more powerful.

Trigger workflows when new opportunities arise and never miss the window to follow up and turn a lead into a loyalist. Notify your team, add tasks in other project management tools, or automate email follow-ups—all without any additional work.

The new update also empowers you to trigger workflows from updated contacts and pass that information to other databases. Keep your other contact lists up to date with simple Zaps that do the heavy lifting for you.

Using the Create Lead action? The update also includes a new field allowing you to map “responsible user” and track which Insightly account is responsible for the lead so you know what’s working and can dig into success.
