Search Capabilities Come to Pipeliner Zaps: Find Leads, Clients, and More

By pairing Pipeliner with Zapier, you can automate your process for tracking leads, opportunities, contacts, clients, and more. Zapier's Pipeliner integration helps you save time by automatically performing routine tasks for you, such as adding leads and contacts to Pipeliner.

The Zapier + Pipeliner integration was recently updated, so you can do even more with Pipeliner Zaps. Here's what's new (click to jump):

  • 5 new Search Actions: "Find Lead," "Find Account," "Find Contact," "Find Opportunity," and "Find Client"

  • 4 new Actions: "Update Opportunity," "Update Account," "Update Contact," and "Update Lead"

  • 3 new Triggers: "New Activity," "New Appointment," and "Moved Opportunity"

These new updates allow you to automate a wide a variety of Pipeliner workflows. If you can imagine a workflow, you can automate it with Pipeliner Zaps. This blog post gives just a few examples to get you started.

Search Pipeliner Using Zapier's New Search Actions

Zapier can now find leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and clients in Pipeliner, thanks to a new Zapier feature called Search Actions. Once you have the Pipeliner record you're looking for, you can use the record in a subsequent step of the same Zap. These new search capabilities allow you to build flexible, automated workflows with Pipeliner and Zapier.

This Zap, for example, searches for an existing Pipeliner lead and then creates an activity for that lead whenever a new appointment is scheduled:

The new search capabilities for Pipeliner Zaps pair perfectly with the new ability to update opportunities, accounts, contacts, and leads using Zaps. For example, you can set up a Zap that searches for an opportunity to match your search criteria then subsequently updates the opportunity it just found. This Zap eliminates the need for you to manually update opportunities in Pipeliner, freeing up more of your time.

Three New Triggers Available for Pipeliner Zaps

You can now kick off Zaps whenever a new activity is created, a new appointment is created, or an opportunity is moved in Pipeliner. This Zap, for example, is triggered whenever a new activity is added to Pipeliner:
