Now when those companies complete a chat, they can use Zapier to trigger hundreds of actions in the other apps they use, such as adding a new customer to their CRM and email marketing software.

With ClickDesk and Zapier, you're also now able to start pulling in new chat logs as notes to your CRM, like Salesforce, Highrise or Agile CRM, or open tickets in your help desk, such as Zendesk or Desk.com. When you do so, you'll not only be able to send over the customer's name and email but a transcript of their chat with your team, as well.
