Paper forms can be far more creatively laid out than your average online form, where you're restricted to one column of standard questions and bullet points. Nexticy brings some of the free-form nature of paper forms to your digital forms, with an iPad app that lets you lay out forms the way you want.

You can drag-and-drop form section anywhere you want on a page, and gather anything from people's names and email to their signature and more. Or, you can download free templates from Nexticy's FormBox site, with pre-made templates for a variety of uses. Then, you can let people fill out forms on the iPad or online, typing in data and signing their name with their finger.

If you'd like to do more with your form data, Nexticy also includes Nexticy Flow, an online sync tool that can send your form data to Zapier. That lets you create beautiful forms on your iPad, then send the data to hundreds of other apps. You can save form info to Evernote, send an email after your form's filled, create tasks and so much more. Here's some ways to get started:

How To Use This Integration

  1. Download Nexticy, create a form or download an existing template, and create a Nexticy Flow account. Also make sure you have a Zapier account.
  2. Connect your Nexticy account to Zapier
  3. Check out pre-made Nexticy integrations.
  4. Or create your own from scratch in the Zapier Dashboard.
