Planned Zapier maintenance on May 16, 2020

We've scheduled a planned maintenance period for Saturday, May 16, 2020. Here's everything you need to know about this maintenance and how it will affect your Zaps.

When will the maintenance start and end?

All Zapier and services will be unavailable for up to 60 minutes starting at 9 p.m. PDT on Saturday May 16, 2020 (4:00 UTC on Sunday, May 17th).

Will I be able to access my Zapier account during the maintenance?

During this maintenance period, access to your account will be restricted, and new tasks won’t process. Access to will resume as soon as the maintenance ends.

What will happen to my Zaps during this time?

  • Zaps with Instant triggers will not run during this time, but they will continue to receive information from your apps and will resume once the maintenance is complete.

  • Polling triggers will also experience a delay. After the maintenance ends, these Zaps should retrieve any objects that would normally have triggered during the outage, but your tasks may be held if there were more than 100 triggers at a time. Any held tasks can be released from your Task History.

  • Zaps with Delay/Digest steps that are set to release during this period will be released once the maintenance is complete. Once maintenance ends, Zapier will first process tasks that were held or paused during the outage, then begin processing new tasks.
