Introducing Zapier's new plans

Today at Zapier, we've got some big news: our plans are changing.

New plan tiers

The biggest change is that our plan tiers will be different. Here's an overview of the plans we now offer:

As part of these new plans, we're now including webhooks on Starter plans and up. Starter plans will now also limit you to 3 premium apps.

Updated task tiers

When you see that chart, you might notice that we're also introducing something that many of you have asked for: more task tier options. We're introducing these tiers in an effort to better match the way you use Zapier to work smarter.

It's now easier than ever to choose a plan that gives you the right number of tasks. For example, if you sign up for a Starter plan, you can choose from one of two options: Starter 750, which includes 750 tasks per month, or Starter 1500, which offers 1.5k tasks per month.

We hope these new task limits will meet the needs of users who need to run lots of tasks every month, but who might not need the advanced features available on higher-tier plans.

Faster polling times for Professional, Team, and Company accounts

We're excited to announce that, based on your feedback, we've increased Zap polling speeds on several of our plans. This means that Zaps that use a polling trigger will check for new data more frequently.

On the Professional plan, polling speed is increasing from every five minutes to every two minutes, and on Team and Company plans to one min.

To take advantage of these new polling speeds, you'll need to upgrade to one of our new plans. Otherwise, you'll keep your current polling speed of every five minutes.
