New for Our Burst SMS Integration: Watch for Clicked Links and Track URLs
Burst SMS is an online text messaging app that helps you integrate texts into your workflows. And you can now shorten and track URLs added to your text messages with Burst SMS. Each message sent is given a unique trackable link that can be reported on and used as a trigger.
Zapier's "Send SMS" action for Burst SMS has been updated to include the track link parameter so you can track any links sent through Zapier. There is also a new "Link Hit" trigger, which triggers when a recipient clicks on a Burst SMS short URL.
That means when message recipients click on links, in addition to tracking those clicks, it can trigger other actions. For example, you can remove a recipient from a list after they have clicked, or you can send an email to a person when they click.
