Desk on Zapier gets an Overhaul

Today we're pleased to bring you a completely overhauled version of Desk, on Zapier! This new version implements Desk's V2 API which is considerably more robust and featureful.
If you've used Desk on Zapier, the triggers and actions will look familiar: new cases and new customers.
But when you dig down, you'll discover lots of new goodies.
