Then, our Close.io New Lead Status Change and New Opportunity Status Change triggers have both been updated to make velocity reports possible. Each now return the number of days since the last status change, and between the Lead or Opportunity creation date and when the status change occurred. This can help you monitor your deal velocity, perfect for building your own reports in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet and data tools.
