New for Our Workable Integration: Find Candidates, Add Tags, and Kick Off Zaps from Disqualified Candidates
If your hiring process is anything like Zapier's, you have dozens and dozens of candidates moving through your pipeline at any given time. Automating tasks—like finding candidates or adding a tag to them—can save hours every week. With this update from Workable, you can search for candidates in your Zaps, add a tag to them, and even start your workflow when a candidate is disqualified.
That means you can send an email automatically once a candidate is disqualified. If your hiring team is interested in a candidate but unsure, your Zap can now search for that candidate and add a tag so you can revisit them.
What's New with the Workable + Zapier Integration
New Trigger
- With the New Disqualified Candidate trigger, you can kick off your Zap when your team determines a candidate isn't the right fit.
New Search
- When you use Workable's Find Candidate Search in a Zap, it'll search your account for a matching candidate. And, if no result turns up, you can create a candidate, too.
New Action
- When you use the Add Tag to Candidate action, you can add one or more tags to a selected candidate.
