New for Our Infusionsoft Integration: Update Contacts and Find Contacts by Username or Phone Number
Contact details change. When you open Infusionsoft to find details about a contact, you shouldn't need to also check your email and other records to see if their email is still the same before getting in touch. With Zapier's updated Infusionsoft integration, you can keep your CRM up-to-date automatically.
Our improved Infusionsoft Find a Contact Action now lets you search for contacts by their username, phone number, or Infusionsoft ID number instead of only by email address. That way, even if something changes, you can still find the correct contact. You can then have Zapier automatically update their contact info using the new Update Contact action that works even if their email changes.
It's a tiny extra way Zapier can keep your contact list updated so you can focus on your work with those contacts.
