• New Contacts Called: Triggers when a call was made, the Contact answered and showed interest (or not).
• New Results: Triggers when new answers are available for a specific question in a Campaign. Recommended to fetch the results of a qualified lead.

Search

• Find Contact: Find a specific Contact by name, email address or phone number. Optionally, create one if none are found.

Actions

• Update Contact: Update an existing Contact. For example, you can update the fields (name, email, etc.) or the status (stop calling, etc.).
• Add Contact: Add a Contact to a campaign and call it.
