Updates to Our Pipedrive Integration: 14 New Triggers, Searches, and Actions

We're thrilled to announce the biggest update to Pipedrive yet—a suite of functionality that lets you capture more information than ever before into your favorite CRM, and enables it to send out all the signals you need as you work through your pipelines.

If you want to watch for when your sales people make changes to those big deals or contacts, now you can. Or maybe you want to keep an eye out for new notes so you can stay in the loop— that's possible, too, with the New Note Trigger. Your reporting and monitoring can now become much more powerful through automation, too, since you can set up Zaps to trigger when deals, people, organizations, and activities match your filters on Pipedrive.

Also new is the ability to build workflows for your products, so that no matter what you're selling, you can use Zapier to search for products on Pipedrive, create them automatically using info from your other tools, or associate them with relevant deals.

And that's not all—from adding followers, attaching files, and updating organizations, this update empowers your existing workflows in many new ways. Read below for a full list!

New Triggers

  • New Note: Triggers when a new note is created.
  • Updated Deal: Triggers when an existing deal is updated.
  • Updated Person: Triggers when an existing person is updated.
  • Updated Organization: Triggers when an existing organization is updated.
  • Deal Matching Filter: Triggers when a deal matches a Pipedrive filter.
  • Person Matching Filter: Triggers when a person matches a Pipedrive filter.
  • Organization Matching Filter: Triggers when an organization matches a Pipedrive filter.
  • Activity Matching Filter: Triggers when an activity matches a Pipedrive filter.

New Actions

  • Create Product: Creates a new product.
  • Add Follower: Adds a follower to a deal, organization, person or product.
  • Update Organization: Updates an existing organization.
  • Add Product to Deal: Adds a product to a deal.
  • Attach File: Uploads a file and attaches it to a deal, person, organization, activity, product or note.

New Search

  • Find Product: Finds a product by name. Optionally, create one if none are found.
