New for Our Insightly Integration: Use Zaps to Update Leads

Outdated contact information slows down your sales team. The latest updates to our Insightly integration help keep your prospect list fresh with no extra effort on your part. You can set up Zaps to watch for contact details in your lead gen apps, like form responses or incoming emails. Use the Find Lead search to look up those leads in Insightly. Create new leads if a search comes up empty, or pair this search with the new Update Lead Action to auto-update any existing contacts.

Plus, we updated the Search/Create Contact Action so that you can use Zaps to search for a contact by email address and optionally, create one if none are found.

  • The Search/Create Contact Actions are now linked in a Search called Find Contact. You can use Zaps to search for a contact by email address and optionally, create one if none are found.
