Updates to Our Act! Premium Integration: Use Zaps to Update Contacts and Create Opportunities

An up-to-date customer list helps prepare your team for upcoming meetings, calls, and email exchanges. The latest updates to the Act! Premium-Zapier integration makes this prep work a breeze. Use the new Update Contact and Update Opportunity Actions to append meeting details from your other tools to your customer info in Act! Premium. That way, your sales team will have the latest info on hand to close the deal. To keep the momentum going, use the New Opportunity Trigger to kick off a Zapier workflow whenever a new deal is created in Act! Premium.

Plus, now when using the Find or Create Contact Search, you can search by fields other than email address, including by name and company. That way, you can search for contacts and update them with Zaps even if you don't know their email address.
