If you're running live courses, Q&A sessions, or webinars using Crowdcast, you know not all attendees are created equal. Some people pipe up with multiple questions, others just listen in, and then there's the crew that catches the recording after the live session. The latest updates to the Zapier-Crowdcast integration let you kick off Zaps based on participant and session behavior. That means you can activate a custom followup sequence in your marketing automation apps, or tag leads in your CRM based on the behavior of your participants.

What's New with the Crowdcast + Zapier Integration

New Triggers

  • Visited Session: Triggers when a participant visits a session's page at any given time.
  • Attended Live: Triggers at the end of your event when a participant has shown up live.
  • Asked a Question: Triggers when a question is asked.
  • Clicked CTA: Triggers when a participant clicks your call to action.
  • Did Not Attend Live: Triggers at the end of your event when a participant has not shown up live.
  • Watched Recording: Triggers when a participant watches your recording.
