Updates to Our ProdPad Integration: Use Zaps to Log Detailed Feedback and Ideas

Product management requires a lot of balance and organization. ProdPad helps you track feedback from multiple sources, prioritize new ideas of your own, and develop a greater product strategy. It just got easier to automate your product management processes, thanks to the updated ProdPad + Zapier integration.

The integration now automatically adds in more details to the ideas and feedback it's logging. That way, you don't have to go back to manually fill in more details about ideas and feedback later on. Log the source of feedback, tag it, and add in which persona or product it's associated with.

Plus, there are new ways to trigger ProdPad Zaps. You can choose to trigger Zaps on all new feedback and ideas or only those in a certain state. For example, you can choose to only get notified when a team member adds a new idea in the "backlog" state. Now it's simpler than ever to keep track of all product feedback and ideas across your team.

What's New with the ProdPad + Zapier Integration

New Options for Triggers

  • New Idea: Zaps can now trigger on all new ideas or only on ideas in a certain state. Plus, you can pass along more details on your new ideas to the next step of your Zap.
  • New Feedback: Zaps can now trigger on all new feedback or only on feedback in a certain state.

New Options for Actions

  • Create Idea: Automatically create ideas with more details, such as externally accessible links.
  • Create Feedback: Automatically create feedback with more details, such as which tag, persona, or product that feedback is associated with. Plus, you can specify the source of the feedback and add an externally accessible link.
