Updates for Streak: Use Zaps to Find Existing Contacts Then Add Them to Boxes

Build a sales process that's easy to execute by keeping details about your contacts on hand within Streak. Zapier's Streak integration was just updated so important details about your contacts are automatically organized. Now you can set up Zaps that automatically find existing contacts or organizations in Streak, then update them and add them to certain boxes. Or you can create Zaps that automatically create contacts or organizations. With this update, you can say goodbye to manually organizing contacts within Streak. Instead, you can spend your time on big-picture items, like scouting out your next potential sale.

Plus, you can now trigger Streak Zaps when boxes enter specific stages of your pipeline. This is especially helpful if you want to set up a Zap that only notifies the sales team manager when boxes enter the "Negotiating" stage, for example. Thanks to this new update, you can tailor your Streak Zaps to trigger at just the right time. You'll spend less time going back-and-forth to manually transfer information and more time closing sales.

What's New with the Streak + Zapier Integration

New Option for a Trigger

  • When using the Box Change Stage Trigger, you can choose to only trigger your Zaps when box enter a certain stage, if you don't want them to trigger as they enter any new stage.

New Searches

  • Find a Contact: Automatically searches for an existing contact in Streak.
  • Find an Organization: Automatically searches for an existing organization in Streak.
  • Find Primary Contact by Box Key: Automatically searches for a contact in a certain box. Will return the first starred contact or, in the case that none are starred, the first contact.

New Actions

  • Add Contact to Box: Automatically creates a contact or updates an existing contact, then adds the contact to a specified box.
  • Add Organization to Box: Automatically creates an organization or updates an existing organization, then adds the organization to a specified box.
