Updates for Close.io: Use Zaps to Run Reports, Perform Bulk Actions, and More

Thanks to recent updates to the Zapier + Close.io integration, you can automatically maintain your Close.io records and report on them with fewer clicks and less tedious data maintenance.

Now you can create Zaps that automatically perform bulk actions on Close.io records—such as updating the "lead status" field or any custom field of many records at once. Once Zapier has completed the bulk action, you'll get an email notification so you're always in-the-know.

Another integration update gives your Close.io Zaps the ability to automatically run status change reports for your organization. That way, you can see at a glance how many leads have changed statuses in a given amount of time. It's the perfect way to periodically check if your team is on track to hit sales targets.

Plus, you can now set up a Close.io Zap to automatically delete emails on leads' records. This helps ensure that your reporting is accurate by deleting inaccurate records of emails. It's especially handy if you send international SMS messages via email: now, your Close.io Zap will automatically delete any record of that email and instead add a record of an SMS for that lead.

New Actions

  • Create Bulk Action: Creates a new bulk action. You can choose from "Update the Lead Status," "Update a Custom Field," and "Clear a Custom Field".

  • Run Status Change Report: Runs a status change report for your organization.

  • Delete Email: Deletes an email activity on a lead.
