Plus, if a lead doesn't already exist, Zapier will create one automatically. That way, your follow-up can be perfectly aligned—whether the lead is a repeat buyer or a brand new customer.

- Create/Update Opportunity: Now you can associate a lead to an opportunity via an email address field. If a lead with that email doesn't already exist, a new one will be created.
