New for Pinpoint Contacts and Opportunities, Toggle Call Forwarding, Export Leads, plus More

This update brings powerful new triggers, searches, actions, and more to the integration. With all the power of a central CRM with the flexibility to design bespoke workflows, you'll find that keeping up with your prospects and customers has never been easier.

You can now pinpoint specific contacts within your workflows using the Find Contact Search Action and access information about the associated creator, organization, updater, and lead. You can then send this information to your other apps and workflows or create a new contact automatically if one doesn't exist.

In a similar fashion, this update adds a Find Opportunity Search Action, which allows you to hone in on specific opportunities and automatically update them with information from your other apps.

You can also automatically export information from from events in your other apps with the New Export Action. For example, you could schedule a timed export with customized columns to be emailed to your team every day. Minimize the work you put into reporting, data storage, and more.

This update also allows you to turn on call forwarding using the Toggle Forwarding Action. Paired with Zapier's built-in app, Schedule by Zapier, you can automatically turn call forwarding on and off at the start and end of your day. Making your life even easier, you can use the New Event Trigger to manage your sales reps. Using the event log, you can create an audit log of events that happen in your organization. If you're tracking a specific sales rep or even your own work, you can be notified every time that rep makes an update to a lead.

This update also adds new fields for user, date, and opportunity status to the New Lead Trigger and Find or Create Lead Search Action so you can send detailed information to your other apps. Additionally, the Update Contact Action got a facelift and now allows for emails and phone numbers to be automatically updated and sent to your other apps. You'll also notice that the New Call Action is working faster than ever.

What's New with

New Trigger

  • New Event: Triggers when a new event is created (requires a Business Plan to use).

New Searches

  • Find Contact: Finds an existing contact. Optionally, create one if none are found.
  • Find Opportunity: Finds an existing opportunity. Optionally, create one if none are found.

New Action

  • Create Export: Creates a new export of leads, opportunities, or contacts, based on a lead search query, that will be emailed to your email address.
  • Toggle Forwarding on Phone Number: Turn on and off call forwarding for a specific number.

New Options for

  • Now when you use the Find Lead Search or New Lead Trigger you can access fields for user, date, and status of opportunity.
  • The Update Contact Action now allows you to add information regarding emails, phone numbers, and URLs when updating existing contacts.
