Updates for Reply: More Fields to Describe Your Prospects

You can never have too much information on prospective customers. Now when you trigger workflows from finished prospects in Reply, you can pass more details to your other apps including the campaign step they finished on, the reason for finishing, and the total number of steps in the campaign. With these details accessible via Zaps, you can further segment prospects or track campaign success so that you can replicate what's working and iterate on what's not.
