We'll associated this customer to the affiliate you specify here. Affiliate-ref consists of a number, a hyphen, and a string, e.g. "123-michele-rosslyn". You can drop the hyphen and what comes after it, and just use the number.

Which List should this go to?

Customer's full name.

IP Address should usually be auto-filled and need not be entered directly.

Optionally add tags to the contact. These will be adde whether or not the contact already exists in the Simplero account.

Set a tracking value for subscriptions (visible in admin).

Whether this person has given their GDPR consent for this subscription. Ignore if you don't require GDPR consent on your list in Simplero.

If full name is John J. Jameson, then "First Name(s)" would be John J..

If full name is John J. Jameson, then "Last Name" would be Jameson.

Select the Customer to unsubscribe from this list. Customer email would typically come from the source of the trigger.
