Since launching Zapier over a decade ago, we've seen individuals and businesses of all sizes embrace automation more than we could have ever imagined. Collectively, Zapier users automate two billion tasks per month!

We know this astronomical number is largely due to you—our community. From building better products together to providing automation inspiration, you've been instrumental in helping us make progress on our mission: make automation work for everyone.

With such a diverse group of users with varying automation expertise—from beginner to advanced—we wanted to make it easy for you to get the support you need, when you need it. That's why we created the Zapier Community. It's your one-stop shop to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other.

If you haven't dipped your toes into the Community yet, here are four reasons to dive in today.

1. Get what you need, when you need it

If you've ever built a Zap—what we call our automated workflows—or picked up a new skill, you understand how easy it is to go down the rabbit hole of learning. And when you get into this groove, you just want to learn all the things.

In the Zapier Community, you can find the information you need, when you need it—all in one place. Choose from a variety of self-serve resources, including video tutorials and step-by-step guides, so you can learn in whatever way makes the most sense for you.

Or, if you need an answer that's personal to you, try asking the automation heroes of the Zapier Community to give you a helping hand

The Zapier Community homepage. The cursor clicks a button with text that reads, "New post," and a new page appears with a form to post a question or start a new conversation in the community.

2. Connect with other automators

Sometimes you just want to geek out about automation. We get it. And so does the Zapier Community. Whether you want to share your success stories or discuss things like "Will it Zap?", the Community is filled with folks ready to bring out the party poppers 🎉 and toss ideas around.

Here's what one Zapier Expert has to say about the Community:

"The Zapier Community is a trove of tips, tricks, and topics, but hey—I'm biased!"

3. Inspire and be inspired

At Zapier, we're in constant awe of the ways Zapier users put automation to work. That's why we regularly highlight our members in the Community and share the nitty-gritty details of their automation journey—because who better to be inspired by than someone who's stood in your shoes and can suggest tried-and-true solutions?

4. No barriers to learning

To make automation work for everyone, it must be accessible to everyone. And this includes access to information on how to get the most out of automation. That's why we've made the Zapier Community open to everyone—no account required.

Curious about what automation can do for you? Or perhaps you want to know how others in your industry are using automation to drive their business forward? The Zapier Community is the perfect place to find out.

Come for the products, stay for the community

Every day, we see how the Zapier Community helps everyone take their skills to the next level, whether they're automation curious or a Zapier pro. No matter where you are on your automation journey, we're confident it'll do the same for you too.
