    • Assigned To

      Who is assigned to this to-do? Choose 'me', or use custom value to add the email address of the assignee (this must match a participant's email). Choose 'unassigned' to allow anyone to 'pick-up' the to-do.

    • SubjectRequired

      What needs to be done? The subject of your to-do in plain text, max 100 characters.

    • Extra Information

      Additional information about your to-do in plain text, max 1000 characters.

    • Due Date

      When is this to-do due? Choose a date.

    • Attachments

      A file object (or public URL) from another service to be attached to the to-do. Plain text content will converted into a txt file and attached. The file cannot be over 25mb.

    • File Name

      By default, we use the same name and extension as the original file in the attachment.

    • Private Tags

      Select private tags to be applied. 'Use a custom value' to create a New tags. No spaces or special characters allowed in new tags. Account limits apply.

This can occur in the following situations: - A conversation has not been active for a specified period of time (customizable by each organization) - A conversation had its status changed to 'closed' - A conversation was manually push to third-parties by a user.
