Zapier combines Triggers (like "New Client") and Actions (like "Create Invoice") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.

The following FreshBooks New Triggers, Searches, and Actions are supported by Zapier:

New Client

Triggers when a new client is created.

New Payment

Triggers when a new payment is created.

New Invoice

Triggers when a new invoice is created. This trigger only returns a summary of the invoice, as the line items aren't included.

New Time Entry

Trigger when a new time entry is created.

Updated Estimate

Triggers when an estimate is updated.

New Expense

Triggers when a new expense is created.

New Payment Hook
