What Chargify Triggers and Actions Are Supported?

Supported Triggers#

  • New Customer - Triggered when you add a new customer.
  • New Invoice - Triggered when an invoice is added (with line item support).
  • New Subscription - Triggered when you add a new subscription.

How to Get Started with Chargify

When you start creating a Chargify Zap, you will be asked to connect your Chargify account.

Next, you'll be asked to enter your Chargify Account name and API key.

To locate/create your API Key in your Chargify account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Chargify Site you want to connect
  2. Click Integrations -> API Keys/Chargify Direct
  3. Click New API v1 Key

Paste your key back into your Zapier account and then “Continue”.

If all steps were successful your Chargify account will now be successfully connected.
